How long does shipping take?

We will ship your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment, or notify you of a backorder status.

Products are shipped via regular ground post to locations within the United States and Canada. Estimated shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days (depending on your location). Please advise if your require quicker shipping (additional costs may apply).

What are the shipping rates?

We have attempted to simplify our shipping rates by offering only two levels for shipping in North America. For orders less than $40, we charge $6.00 USD. For orders more than $40 USD pre-tax, we believe you should be rewarded with free shipping.

What happens with backorder products?

If an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you prior to shipment, no later than 3 business days after your order. Your options are to cancel the order, wait until all products are available, substitute for other items (colors) or should you wish the order to proceed in two shipments, the second shipment will be at our cost when all the backordered products are available.

For cancelled orders or partially cancelled orders because of backorder, you can expect your refund or exchange of product within 3 business days of our receiving your return.

What e-mail confirmations will I receive?

At the time that your order is accepted through our third party payment processor Paypal, you will receive a receipt indicating the products ordered, and all costs.

When we ship your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail referencing the Paypal order number, as well as shipping tracking information.
