What if I'm unhappy with my order?

Thefishingnut takes pride in offering what we believe are only quality products. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact manager@thefishingnut.com who will provide you with shipping return instructions. Please note that all of our products have a 30 day return policy.

If you are unhappy with your product and you wish to return it, you will be charged a 25% restocking charge if the product packaging has been damaged, preventing resell. Return charges are the expense of the purchaser.

If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges. Otherwise, return charges are at the expense of the purchaser. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted, and will be refused.

Your credit card will be credited once the item is received and restocked into our inventories. Credits will appear in one to two billing cycles.
