Do you ship outside Canada/US?

If you are in a country where Paypal is supported, we can provide you with product. The list of countries which currently support Paypal are found here.

When you place an order, we will get in touch with you to confirm shipping rates to your location. This is based on a straight cost basis, we do not charge handling fees. The rate will be based on that provided by Canada Post.

With your initial order processing, you will have been charged either $6.00 U.S., or 0, depending on the pre-tax cost of your order. We will take the Canada Post rate, convert to U.S. dollars, and subtract the amount you paid on the initial processing. That difference, you will be asked to submit in a separate payment. We will provide supporting documents concerning the rate charged, so you can see that we are treating you fairly.

For calculating rates, we will use the Canada Post Web Site for shipping costs, and the Bank of Canada Nominal Rate for currency conversions.

Because overseas shipping can be expensive, we recommend you only pursue this avenue should your order requirements be large. However, we'd be happy to work with you on orders of any size.
